Every entry below is a rung: kids to fundamentals, fundamentals to advanced, advanced to whatever you're chasing. Open one for the details — or just come take the free class and let the mats explain it.
Kids

What it is
Forty-five minutes of footwork, pad work, and games that are secretly drills. Kids leave tired, confident, and better at listening — in that order. Belts and stripes are earned on attendance and attitude, not birthdays.
Parents stay if they want. Most end up joining Fundamentals within the year; we take no responsibility for that.

Women’s

What it is
Striking and grappling fundamentals in a women-only room, coached by Marta Kovács. Same curriculum as the co-ed classes, same standards, zero audience. Many members train both; plenty train only here.

Fundamentals

4 days a week
What it is
The backbone of the gym. Stance, footwork, the jab, the first six takedowns and the first six escapes — drilled until they're reflexes, with partners matched to your level. This is where everyone starts, including the people who now teach it.
No sparring until you and your coach agree you're ready. Usually a couple of months; never a surprise.

Live rounds, fight camps, and game-planning for members who've put in the mat time. Entry is a conversation with your coach, not a belt color — if you're ready, you'll know, because they'll tell you.
