Tonight & every night
Hard work vs Excuses
Fundamentals · Advanced · Kids — first class free
The undercard
Pick your fight.
Five programs, one standard: technique first, ego at the door. Every one of them starts with a free class.
House rules
Three things we actually mean.
Technique over toughness
You learn to move before you learn to bang. Nobody proves anything in week one — that's the point.
Ego stays at the door
Hard rounds, good manners. The best training partner in the room is the one who makes you better, not flatter.
Show up
Progress is attendance wearing a disguise. Come three times a week and six months from now you won't recognize yourself.

Ray Delgado
24–3–1 · head coach, boxing
Two decades in the corner. Teaches the jab like it's a language — because it is.
Marta Kovács
Black belt 3rd deg · BJJ
Runs Fundamentals and the women's program. Precision first, pressure second.
Dre Okonkwo
12–2–0 · Muay Thai
Kids' coach and comp-team cornerman. Loudest voice in the building, kindest one too.
Your first class
What actually happens.
-
Show up 15 early
Say you're new at the desk. Someone walks you in, shows you where everything is, learns your name.
-
Borrow the gear
Gloves and wraps are on us for day one. Bring water and clothes you can move in. That's it.
-
Train the real class
No spectator lap. You warm up, drill, and work with a partner who's been told to take care of you.
-
Talk after, or don't
If it fit, we'll show you the plans. If it didn't, no pitch and no follow-up calls. Deal's a deal.
The damage
Flat rates. No initiation fee.
- Unlimited every class, every program $149/mo
- Twice a week pick any two classes weekly $99/mo
- Drop-in visiting? train with us $25/class
From the corner — sample quotes, swap in your own
“I came for the workout. I stayed because somebody finally taught me the why behind every rep.”
“My kid walked in shy and walked out standing taller. Six months later, so did I.”
