The studio · est. 2021

One room, one clock, no theatre.

We started Interval because the classes we loved were buried in dark rooms and loud playlists, and the ones that were honest about effort were a bare warehouse with a whiteboard. We wanted the honesty and the daylight.

So the room is light. The timer is on the wall where everyone can see it. The workout is published before you arrive. Nothing about the design is trying to make training look cooler than it is — the clock does the work, and 45 minutes later you're done.
