ROUND 03 / WORK 00:40
You train on the clock, not the vibe.
Every class is a stack of timed rounds. The buzzer decides when you push and when you breathe — so a beginner and a five-year regular get the same honest 45 minutes, scaled by effort, not by ego.
- Work40 seconds on. Pick a load you can hold clean form for — the clock is the judge, not the mirror.
- Rest20 seconds off. Long enough to reset your grip, short enough to keep the heart rate up.
- RoundsSix to eight per block, two to three blocks a class. Published on every class so you know the day before.
- FinishOne buzzer, whole room done together. In at :00, out at 45:00 — showered and gone by the top of the hour.
Pick your interval.
