Why we're small
Fewer houses, told the way a house deserves.
Most agencies photograph a house at noon, list it beside a thousand others, and hope volume does the work. We think a great house is closer to a piece of architecture than a line in a portal — it has an aspect, an hour, a reason it sits where it sits. So we take on very few, and we learn each one until we can show it at its best moment.
It means we turn work away. It also means that when we call you about a residence, it is worth seeing.
