Approach
One method, four phases. We agree the brief, draw the concept, develop the details, and stay through delivery — no phase handed to someone you have not met.
Process schedule · A-104
From brief to keys
| Phase | Stage | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Brief | We walk the site, listen, and write the brief down together — the level everything else is measured from. |
| 02 | Concept | Sketches, study models, and the first drawings. We test the big moves before anything is fixed. |
| 03 | Developed design | Every junction drawn, every material chosen, the consultants coordinated, the permit filed. |
| 04 | Delivery | On site through construction — the same people, the same drawings, to the last snag. |

What we take on
| 01 | Residential | New houses, extensions, whole-house remodels. |
| 02 | Cultural | Galleries, small performance spaces, civic rooms. |
| 03 | Adaptive reuse | Industrial and civic shells, carefully re-used. |
| 04 | Interiors | Interior architecture where the space does the work. |
